[Trisquel-users] can you tell how to install replicant?

I got 2 phones, I want to install replicant on.
I have read the instructions and it appears to be complicated. I asked on  
replicant's irc if I could get told how to install replicant. There was not  
much response. If I do not get to find a person on replicant's irc able to  
tell how to install replicant and you know about this, can you tell a time  
and date, you would be able to be on replicant's irc?
