[Trisquel-users] Does anyone know when librecmc luci will be out?

I cannot for the life of me tell if it is out or not, it doesn't look like it  
is though...

I cannot tell if this link has released luci or not and I cannot gamble it  
so... yeah... anyone know if luci will be released soon/is released already?
