The simplest way would be this: https://meet.jit.si/ provided it's not too crowded, and provided it fully works.
Else Jitsi works better if you can get past the glitchy install (don't install from the repo, it's outdated, and get a good xmpp provider. A search on the forum might give you more info on this).
