Sorry, I forgot to mention that I had this error on the old install and the  
fresh one too:

** (main.py:2928): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus: Failed  
to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-2jSHfAoFaW: Connection refused

I am not sure if ibus is using posix sockets and this is related....
