Been using Ubuntu from 2009, and switched to Trisquel in 2016.
Occasionally I miss some proprietary software like Skype, but the thing
I miss the most are games. There are still some good Free Software
Games though, and I took good note from a recent thread on games and
installed a nice collection of them, all available directly from the
Trisquel install menu, just a click away:
0 A.D., Battle for Wesnoth, Armagetron Advanced, Beneath a Steel Sky,
Dopewars, DOSBox Emulator, Drascula: The Vampire Strikes Back, Dungeon
Crawl, FGo!, Flight Gear, Flight of the Amazon Queen, Freedoom,
FreeOrion, Hedgewars, Lure of the Temptress, Mahjongg, MegaGlest, Mines,
Minetest, OpenArena, PrBoom+, Scorched 3D, ScummVM, AisleRiot, Sudoku,
SuperTux, SuperTuxKart, Chess, Torus Trooper and X NetHack.
Still, I miss Steam... I would like to ask you, what's the closest
free software replacement for Steam that there is?
