Normally I don't buy into "they did this because they're $IDENTITY", but this particular phrase looks oddly similar to something I heard when some of my family members get mad at a black person on the highway: "that ****** cut me off!" It's OK to be mad at somebody, but it's NOT okay to bring their identity into it. Being black has nothing to do with cutting people off on the highway. It should not be mentioned when you insult the jerk who cut you off.
