[Trisquel-users] Any packages for "clocking"?

I recently posted regarding my hot MacBook Pro 9,1.

I am now running the fans at full speed all the time.
But that brought me to the question: are there any packages for "clocking"  
the pc? You know, upping and downing the Ghz and stuff?
