Hello there, new to the forum.
I have pre-ordered a x200 from https://store.vikings.net/x200-ryf-certfied in
november. I exchanged some email with them, they were really responsive and
everything went smooth.
The x200 was expected to be delivered in january, however I have no updates
since a month so I wrote them a week ago and they have not replied yet.
I have been trying for days to reach them through the phone but nobody is
answering.
Does anyone have an insight of what happened? What to do?
