I'm not webmaster of Trisquel website, but if you are refering to the
user interface, I might have a hint: User-agents (mostly web browsers)
can specify the "Accept-Language" header in their HTTP request, which is
a quality list (QList). With this you can instruct the server-side
script to present a different page for the guest or preselect
something. That quality list tells how much a given user-agent prefers a
given language over another.
