Libreboot is the best for that purpose, minifree.org, https://store.vikings.net/
are good choices for libreboot devices. Tehnoetic though has some models that those two don't have. But yeah... those are good.
I myself use an x200 and it works great for most of my uses. Best of all, no intel me backdoor in the system. :) You may want to read why intel me is a huge problem though.
