I think relates to a Firefox privacy setting, part of an implementation of  
the Tor Uplift project.
You can completely disable it (not recommended, for privacy reasons):
about:config > privacy.resistFingerprinting = false
or create two new integer items:
privacy.window.maxInnerWidth
privacy.window.maxInnerHeight
and set the window size as you want.
