Actually when I changed Grub's and login screen's wallpapers, I was looking
at the posts at that thread. I changed the login screen's wallpaper by
editing /usr/share/background the way you described, changing only the file,
not the name "flidas". Also I was able to change the shutdown screen's
background by changing the file at plymouth. If I remember correctly, it also
changed Grub's background. Unfortunately, none of them changed the
cryptsetup's wallpaper. I looked a bit further today, and tried to copy a
file to /boot folder where a plymouth executable file mentions as a default
image file, but that didn't work either. I am looking for further help.
