Username or password invalid Assuming that you are indeed typing your username and password correctly, it's possible that the problem is that yahoo won't let you sign in with cookies disabled in Icedove. A friend of mine ran into that with Gmail. Try temporarily enabling cookies in Icedove's privacy/security settings and see if you can sign in. If that works, you should by able to disable cookies afterward.
