[Trisquel-users] Trisquel 9 Development and Contribution

I'm thrilled we finally have Trisquel 8. I was wondering if there is some  
form of start date or initiation action that happens when we start Trisquel  
9. When do we start?

I'm particularly interested in decentralizing the development so it is  
somehow easier for everyone to contribute.

...I don't mean for this to be a sensitive topic by the way. I just want to  
kind of get things rolling if they can begin to roll.
