First you'll have to add support for the HP 530 notebook because libreboot  
only supports the machines listed on their website, which doesn't mention the  
HP 530: https://libreboot.org/docs/hardware/

Adding support is not trivial. You're looking at months of full-time work, on  
the easy side, and that's if it can be done at all.
