Abrowser is rebranded Firefox with freedom issues addressed and better privacy settings. When a site doesn't work in Abrowser, I find that 99% of the time it is not a bug, but due to one of these modifications, usually a privacy setting.
First I would try the site with Firefox.[1] If it works, then that will confirm that the issue lies in one of Abrowser's modifications to Firefox. (I am not suggesting that you use Firefox for your computing, as it has several freedom issues. I am only suggesting that you use it now to help troubleshoot Abrowser.) Next I would try Icecat. It does not appear in Add/Remove Applications, but it is in the Trisquel repository and can be installed using Synaptic or a terminal. (see "Installing and Removing Packages"[1]) Icecat is also based on Firefox, but is based on Firefox ESR 52 instead of Firefox 62. Icecat is generally stricter on privacy and freedom than Abrowser, including blocking proprietary JavaScript by default with the LibreJS plugin. However, you might as well try, and if the site works with Icecat than that narrows down the issue to the differences between Abrowser and Icecat.
