I ended up following this comment  
https://trisquel.info/en/forum/redshift-trisquel-8#comment-132508 and just  
swapped the numbers for my city.

And then I run  redshift -O 6500 -b 0.7
6500 is the neutral temperature and 0.7 is the brightness value where 1.0 is  
max.


So I got it to work like that, but if anyone know a simpler method, please  
shout out
