[Trisquel-users] Persistent key-value database with network interface?

Hi all,
I'm wondering what this update is that's being suggested I install  
"Persistent key-value database with network interface" as well as "Persistent  
key-value database with network interface (client)".  Are these normal?   
should I install them?
