That file is provided by the "libnss3" package (a dependence of Abrowser, but not only). You can reinstall it.
It looks like /usr/lib/abrowser/libnss3.so is corrupted. I would check the
health of your disk (its SMART data), e.g., from GNOME Disks (provided by the
"gnome-disk-utility" package, in Trisquel's repository).
