If you're unable to wait you can use the master server directly with an entry
like this inside /etc/apt/sources.list:

But: it is generally better to use the network of mirrors instead of the
single master server so as to spread out the load so if you do this, please
only do it temporarily and eventually change it back to the recommended entry
of this:
deb mirror://linux-libre.fsfla.org/pub/linux-libre/freesh/mirrors.txt freesh
