Yeah, good luck with that ;) Like all people with specialist skills who are
willing to volunteer on community-interest projects, the Trisquel maintainers
are incredibly busy people. That's why Trisquel is regularly behind schedule
(from memory the goal is to release within months after each Ubuntu LTS
release) and we get very little news about progress.
It would be great if there was an official Trisquel account on the fediverse
(maybe using a Friendica instance or Hubzilla hub so posts are also available
over Diaspora networks), where someone involved in Trisquel dev could post a
sentence or two on progress/ challenges every week or so. Then someone else
from the community, who isn't so busy, could compile those updates into a
blog post every month or two.
