As you can see from  
http://archive.trisquel.info/trisquel/dists/etiona/InRelease Etonoia is  
currently only being build for amd64 and i386 but my understanding is that  
other architectures (like ppc64el for IBM POWER8 and above like Talos II) are  
on their way in the future.
