My case lasts since 6 Months. I had also received a bad laptop from  
Technoethical and have sent it back, no response nor money back so far (>3  
Months). This was the reason why I had wrote them many E-Mails before - first  
response a few Months after due to I published their unethical behaviour here  
and on Mastodon. So don't hope too much that they will be ethical - it seems  
that's their business, unfortunately. Please keep us up up-to-date.
