The link that's on the wiki page now is this one:  
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/downloads/latest/415846/addon-415846-latest.xpi?src=ss  
which leads me to the "IceCat prevented this site from installing software on  
your computer" even though I'm fairly sure I have set settings to allow  
pop-ups.

But in Abrowser it worked.
So it seems like your links for both Self Destructing Cookies and Random User  
Agent are functioning links to the addons.
