Either your internet connection or the site must have failed when you tried to access the checksums. They are all here: http://cdimage.trisquel.info/trisquel-images/

It is worth verifying them. It is easy on GNU/Linux (where 'md5sum' and the 'sha*sum' commands are usually installed by default) and allows to ensure that the ISO you downloaded is OK. It is indeed possible that the checksums do not match but you do not face any issue. An unreliable network connection may switch a few bits but, for instance, they may be in a wallpaper (some pixels would have different colors). But it can be in software too: why take the risk if tens of minutes are all you need to download again, maybe from another source (the ISO may have actually been maliciously modified too!)?
