Those temperatures are far from the reported high/critical values: I do not  
think your computer overheats.

A faulty RAM is often the cause of random freezes.  I was about to recommend  
testing it with memtest86+.  Nevertheless, "Libreboot doesn’t support  
memtest86+", according to
