A faulty RAM is often the cause of random freezes. I was about to recommend testing it with memtest86+. Nevertheless, "Libreboot doesn’t support memtest86+", according to https://trisquel.info/forum/kernel-panic-after-visiting-website#comment-145508
Those temperatures are far from the reported high/critical values: I do not
think your computer overheats.
