My solution for working around this is adding the "i" subdomain and the ".png" extension to the address manually in the address bar and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, I do View Page Source (shortcut: Ctrl-u) and try searching for "
I think this is because imgur is doing some shady redirecting where they
redirect you from https://i.imgur.com/Q0mPZ6I.png (direct link to image) to a
page https://imgur.com/Q0mPZ6I where they can try to display ads and/or send
along nonfree JS.
