To get libdvdcss in an easy manner and enable encrypted DVD playback, Debian Buster package installs and works fine.
https://packages.debian.org/buster/libdvd-pkg Use gdebi to install the deb package.To finish and conclude the installation, run 'sudo dpkg-reconfigure libdvd-pkg' in terminal.
