Me gusta la programación libre, y me gusta NetBeans. Lo ví
disponible en Trisquel, en "Añadir/Eliminar Aplicaciones", sin haber
añadido por mi cuenta ninguna fuente de programación. Así que me lo
instalé inmediatamente. La versión disponible en Trisquel es la 7.0.1.
Según la página de licencias que citas, éstas son sus licencias:
