Bertrand,
It seems that you are trying to use Type109 in its "user formatted data
file" mode but are reading a TMY2 format data file. I changed your Type109
to the proforma in "Weather Data Reading and Processing: Standard Format:
TMY2: Type109-TMY2" and the simulation ran fine.
