If you're building is being kept at or near its setpoint at all times over the course of the year then the heating energy supplied by the equipment will equal the losses from the building. If you have secondary losses (ducting, pipe losses, tank losses etc) then simply subtract these from the heating load provided by the equipment. Your other choice is to look at the energy balance outputs from Type 56 and figure out where the energy is going.
