Bertrand,
Type109 can operate in two different modes. In one mode, it is set up to
read a TMY2 format data file. In the other mode, it can be used to read
data that does not correspond to the TMY2 format. Meteonorm data is in the
TMY2 format so you do not want to use Type109 in its "user data" mode but
in its "TMY2 format" mode. You will probably have to perform an
Edit-Replace in your project and change from
Weather Data and Processing: User Format: Type109-User
to
Weather Data and Processing: Standard Format: TMY2: Type109-TMY2
