Dear Juan,

If you open the building, you will see that the volumes of the three 
zones are: 168.75m^3, 373.5m^3 and 168.75m^3.
If I understand right, the equations are calculating the mass of air for 
one zone, and the total mass of air.  It is using an air density of 1.2 
kg/m^3.
