Myself i set the parameters very simply, (in order from the first to
the sixth) my values are:

the fourth parameter of Type8 is the cooling set point and the fifth
parameter is the 1st stage heating set point. If the room temperature
goes above the cooling set point, the controller turns the cooling
system on and if the room falls below the heating set point, the
controller turns on the heating system. The controller doesn't allow
the cooling set point (16C in your case) to be lower than your
heating set point (45C) because then both the heating and the cooling
system would be on at the same time.
