Well, the translation is accurate, it's the feminine inflection of that adjective in Czech. The meaning is related to an internal joke, you
can read more at [1]. The idea is that there's a fake word "blesmrt" (having the feminine gender in Czech) which is used by a
certain community as a universal word when something undesirable happens or when referring to something which just sucks. The word itself
is a combination of "yuck" and "death", more or less, and the (made-up) story says that being triple
("trojitá") is an inherenet property of the blesmrt ("water is wet, blésmrt is trojitá"). The name of the SW package
started with a sentence like "these e-mails are blesmrt, Trojita is trojita". When I heard someone from Virginia using the
Spanish pronounciation, I knew this is a cool name :).
