[trojita] saving to sent folder problem: sent folder not being created

Hello,

I'm running yesterday's nightly build. My IMAP server has only an INBOX 
folder, no Drafts/Sent/etc. It's a fairly new account with only a few 
messages.

When I attempt to send an email with the "Save Outgoing Mail" option set 
(in Trojitá), it displays the progress bar (it's moving) but nothing else 
happens, the operation never finishes and the Compose Mail window along 
with its progress bar stays there indefinitely with the sent folder not 
being created. That is my main problem.

In that state, Trojitá hasn't crashed since I'm able to access all the 
menus and exit the application "gracefully". But I have no way to cancel 
the current operation and I am forced to quit Trojitá to get rid of the 
(stuck) Compose Mail window.

The latter issue is more of a usability enhancement than a bug and not that 
important (to me). I can live with it, if I can fix the first one. Can 
somebody please walk me through troubleshooting my main problem?
