Well, "just don't do that". It won't work anyway.

A rough guess is that attaching a 0.5GB file likely requires 2GB of free RAM (that's an estimate). The usual limitations of about any MTA is that it will refuse to work with e-mails bigger than, say, 50MB. It just isn't woth the effort to optimize Trojita not to load the file into memory at once. That's not what e-mail was designed for.

Patches which tell the user to stop doing this are welcome.
