Recently I do small hack to make it build on msvc2012,
I see a couple of missing includes, a cmake modification and a

The cmake modification appears to be redundant as per
http://stackoverflow.com/a/20047993/2245623 (by upstream Qt5/cmake
maintainer).
The missing includes can be added. Are they, however, really needed?
The static_assert being commented out is a no-go, it's there for a very
good reason. What's the exact error message?
dont have time to write the patch :)
By this approach, you're putting a significant work on us. While we welcome
even drive-by contributions, we cannot (and won't) spend our time digging
up stuff from 7zip tarballs in future, sorry. You would actually save
*your* time by sending the output of `git diff` in the first place.
Cheers,
