All of the overwhelms you have are in the past. This is where you will find the incidents that are pulling you attention out of the present moment when you are under social pressure in the present moment. It is not possible to do a thorough look at your own past without running into charged overwhelms which will need timebreaking.
Level 2 is therefor not just some trivial exercise. It is the important first part of the processing that begins to turn up the major overwhelms in your past that preventing you from simply being in the present moment now.
