Hi Mike Thanks for the kind words. Polarities are turning up in the Ghost Danse articles as well. This also fits in with what Dennis says. As soon as you assign importance to a thing you are assigning importance to its opposite. It is unavoidable. Light/dark, love/hate, good/evil etc are dichotomies we create. They become a problem when we try to be one and oppose the other of the pair. If you are willing to be both good and evil no problem but when you try to be good and not evil you are stuck in a conflict that you can only get out of by being willing to be both good and evil. Or I like what Lester Levenson says: You need to achieve hootlessness. Hootlessness is the state where you do not give a hoot either way. This works for getting out of this universe as well. If you must leave you can't leave. If you must not leave then of course you won't leave. But, if you do not give a hoot whether you stay or go then you can leave any time you want to.

Looking under the "Services tab/page" I found it very interesting that many of the items that have drawn my attention over the last ten years or so on the internet are mentioned there. The Ghost danse articles and Max Sandor's Little Purple Notebook, some very good information there. I have a book by Max Sandor and Ed Dawson called "Polar Dynamics 1", it's a bit of a sod to get into, a lot of new words and so on but I have always recognised within this physical universe that it seems to operate within the bounds of polarities. Light, Dark, soft, hard, hot, cold and between each of these a spectum or shades of differences. The thing I never saw was how this applies to the spiritual realm also, primal polarities all that sort of thing. Some good processes in that book too, some I have been using the last few years, PEAT, EFT. Anyway, thanks for your work and the people who made it available to someone like me trying to get themselves out of the mire I got myself into. It's a bit of a insight when I reached the level where I couldn't blame anyone any more for whatever circumstances I found or find myself in, it was so easy at one time to just blame someone else, oh well :).
