The earth has been through more terrible changes in climate and living conditions than human beings can do to it. At various points in geologic time the planet has been frozen from pole to equator, or had tropical jungles at the north pole. For a period of thousands of years massive volcanoes in what is now Siberia poisoned the atmosphere. And we all know about the asteroid impacts that wiped out the dinosaurs, but did you know there have been several extinction level events? Even oil has killed creatures like the deep horizon platform collapse in the Gulf. Check out all the bones being pulled from the La Brea tar pits in Los Angeles California. Thousands of creatures died in the oil seeps there. Despite this tragic history, that was not caused by man, the earth and life recover. They will again. Keep working on TROM till the level 5 conflicts are completely obvious to you in the relations between people around you and yourself. Time break everything that comes up with charge on it till you are doing this automatically. Once you get to that point it does not matter if your body lives or dies or if the planet lives or dies. You will be able to carry on in a happy carefree state regardless.
