Hi David Really you are doing well. You are looking for emotionally charged conflicts and you are finding them.
Take the level 5 chart and see where the emotionally charged situation you have found fits in the levels of the chart. E.g. The government insists you owe income taxes. What is your current feelings about this situation? Here cause “must be know” is the postulate “you own taxes”. And the effect is “must know” is “I owe taxes”. Remember that time and the game failures move from 8 to 1 in the level 5 chart. Processing moves from 1 to 8 as the last failure in a universe is the one to take up first. Using the level 5 chart then: 1a. My postulate is must know. Government postulate is must be known. I have given up resisting the government and agree I owe the taxes. I even feel it is the right thing to do. 1b. My postulate is must not know. Government postulate is must be known. I disagree with the government that I owe taxes. I am going to find ways to not owe the taxes. The ways may be legal loopholes or illegal hiding of income or claiming of deductions. I am loosing this games as I am running out of ways to not owe income taxes 2a. My postulate is must not know and the government’s postulate is must be know. I am being successful in finding ways to owe less income taxes. 2b. My postulate is must not know and the government’s postulate is must not be known. I won the game. The government sent me a letter saying I don’t own the income taxes. (in 3a, 3b, 4a, and 4b the game reverses. The government holds the position that I do not owe income taxes) 3a. My postulate is must not know. The governments postulate is must not be known In 3b, 4a, 4b I wanted to pay the government more income taxes and they would not take the money. I now agree with their postulate that I do not owe more taxes. 3b. My postulate is must know. The government postulate is must not be known. I am trying to get the government to take more tax money from me and they are resisting. I am loosing this game but haven’t given up yet. 4a. My postulate is must know. The government postulate is must not be known. I am trying to get the government to take more tax money from me and they are accepting some of it. I am winning this game. 4b. My postulate is must know. The governments postulate is must be known. I am trying to get the government to take more tax money from me and they have given up resisting. They will take all the money I send them. (Here the game changes again. The government insists they owe me taxes or a tax refund and I am trying not to take them. This is the opposite flow on tax money.) 5a. My postulate is must be known. The government’s is must know. I have given in and accept the refund from the government, even insist that I deserve it. 5b My postulate is must not be known. The government’s is must know. I resist accepting the refund and try to not receive it but am running out of ways to not get it. The government is insisting I take the refund. 6a. My postulate is must not be known. The government’s is must know. I am finding ways to not qualify for the refund. 6b. My postulate is must not be known. The government’s is must not know. I have succeeded in convincing the government that I am not owed a refund. 7a. My postulate is must not be known. The government’s is must not know. I have given up trying to qualify for a tax refund and now agree that I am not owed any. 7b. My postulate is must be known. The government’s is must not know. I insist that I am owed a tax refund but and running out of ways to convince the government to agree with me. 8a. My postulate is must be known. The governments if must not know. I insist that I am owed a tax refund and am succeeding in getting the government to agree. 8b. My postulate is must be known. The government’s is must know. I insist that I am owed a tax refund and the government agrees. Having read the above list what level are you at on the subject of government taxes? I personally have no problem with refunds. Will absolutely never give the government my money if I can help it and spend a lot of time each year working out ways to pay less taxes. Most of the time I at 1b. on tax day which is April 15 in the US I fall to 1a, but on April 16 I move back to 1b and start the game again. Practice going over this postulate counter-postulate game till you are comfortable with the attitude/postulate each side is holding at each level. Substitute other junior universe conflicts and work up a table as above for these other games. There is a compact level 5 chart that may help you with deciding what postulate counter-postulate game applies to a situation on the TROM help site at the bottom of this page: http://tromhelp.com/supplemental_lectures_2/admin/ it includes the list of junior universes also. Keep on TROMing Pete -----Original Message----- From: David [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Sunday, June 27, 2010 11:42 AM To: Pete McLaughlin Subject: Re: [TROM1] Anxiety and more Hi Pete, Thanks for your reply. Hi David “This is not going so well.” I disagree. You are doing well finding the sources of your upsets in life and making sense of them. I am glad you think so. : ) Continue timebreaking what turns up. I find it helpful to puzzle out what postulate conflict is involved in incidents I am running. I have been looking for postulates and I can't see any. I am not even sure what to look for. Can you see something that I do not see in this curse? David
