I have studied a lot of Scientology only to find that there is a
lot more to study. It is hard to get an overview of the subject to
fit the bits and pieces into.
You have said it, brother. Precisely. I have been at it for
55 years, and feel like echoing the phrase the Dali Lama said when he
came to Copenhagen and some one (in a very long winded way) asked him how
far he had come on his spiritual journey. Dali Lama's short answer
was:"I am only a beginner" ( :-) )
There is no "Quicky" way to understand Scientology (unless you
are only out to find something to criticize)
In 1995 a Scientologist writing under the nom de plume of Eric Townsend
wrote a 90 page book on the subject that nicely put together the purpose
of the processing at the different levels of the Scientology Bridge from
beginner to Clear and OT, his understanding of what is intended to be
accomplished at each level from the training he had as an auditor and his
impressions of what is actually obtained from his experience as a
PC.
I found the book very helpful in improving my understand of
Scientology and very interesting in that the changes in point of view
Eric experienced as a Scientology PC are similar to those I am
experiencing from TROM.
I was able to locate the author and get his permission to publish the
book at the tromhelp.com website for everyone to download and read.
