For my part I don’t find I need to be alone in a safe space to
handle the mind that life restimulated. When the boss gets angry at
me for not doing a good job I recognize my reaction as coming from
the mind and as-is the situation till the restimulated emotions and
efforts fade then ask the boss what we need to do the fix the
situation or whatever is appropriate to handle the present time
problem.
The above is how I handle things now but I recall times before I
had done the amount of TROM that I have accomplished to date when it
would not have been possible to do the above.

What do you do when you get restimulated by certain situations
while on the go out and about in the outside world?
Do you process them then and their while in the situation on the go?
And if so how?
