Hi Kristian
  It is a matter of breaking an old habit.  Keep on timebreaking the
negative emotions.  Get as much data about the original scene they come from
where you made the decision to have this emotion in these circumstances and
timebreak what ever you get.

 You can reduce these.  Use repair of importance a lot.  As Dennis
recommends there is no need to do it all in a day.  Keep on working at
reducing the unwanted emotions till they are gone.

Hey Guys,
So I've been Tromming for about three weeks now and have had a quiater mind,
feel less reactive and have been expanding in personal power and magnetism.
I have noticed though that I have certian negative emotions which when they
come up are really overwhelming. So when I feel bad the intensity is much
higher than before. I have been able to timebreak these feelings a couple of
times but other times I feel like I am just swept away on a current of
negativity.
Any suggestions/comments?
