Hi, In his book "Creation of Human Ability" Ron Hubbard describes an exercise to help the person in processing to be exterior. It is called: R2-38: Holding Anchor Points. As it is described you would need another trained person to work with you. To me Tromming seems the easier way to go as you are the one that can do it on your own. Michel
