HI Colleen i have a long way to go on level 5 so it is not surprising that i am not stably exterior. however, i have been working at obtaining an exterior viewpoint at will to work on body aches and pains. that practice of looking at my body from an exterior point to as is somatics is becoming easier and more positive the more i do it.
So, while i have not had the joy filled continious exteriorized state that Dennis describes achieving from his auditing by Ron i do get exterior viewpoints of my body at will and have achieved that through practice not through auditing. Keep on TROMing Pete P.S. the practice goes like this. 1. do not let yourself doubt that you are exterior. if you decide you are exterior then you are. 2. look at your body as clearly as you can from a point outside the body and near the location of the somatic. 3. percieve the location somatic as clearly as you can from this exterior position. the pain will usually fade away.(this is not feeling the pain with the bodies senses as this will pull me back into the body) 4. like the touch assist i repeat the process as often as necessary till the somatic no longer occurs. 5. while doing this on a tooth ache i got distinct impressions of an engram like story of impact at that location on my jaw and the teeth and gums protesting the damage to their works. i timebroke the upset by the teeth and gums over the incident as though they were individuals who had arc breaks about what had happend to their creations of teeth and gums and this helped reduce the somatics. pete --- On Fri, 2/4/11, Colleen Peltomaa <[email protected]> wrote: From: Colleen Peltomaa <[email protected]> Subject: [TROM1] RE Level 3 To: [email protected] Date: Friday, February 4, 2011, 6:41 PM ************* The following message is relayed to you by [email protected] ************ The ability to maintain an exterior viewpoint from the body as per Dennis Stephens, has anyone found this to be true for them?
