Today, after years of a very high TA and stuck needle, I dropped 3 divisions of TA in one session with my auditor. This was accomplished with the running of an item that read on the C/S 53 Long Form (a Scientology List used by the Church to help a PC locate and run the charge off whatever is causing an overly high read on the e-meter).
I "felt" that TA go down too :-) More to go with the list. I am not yet instructed enough to use the To Know matrix as a template, but am understanding its relative importance more keenly, and have started to seek to memorize it and conceptualize it. That may turn out, in my estimation, to be the most potent aspect of knowing TROM as the Mother of all Matrices, a few of which I used to know and apply with fairly accurate results as far as they would take me. One of the sub-matrices was the Meyers-Briggs classification of personality types. Seems that would nest in nicely with the TO KNOW matrix. So, it seems like a good idea at this level of understanding of Timebreaking to use some scientology tech to address impinging case manifestations. I still do my daily Timebreaking sessions because in the long term picture doing Timebreaking with the understanding of the TO KNOW matrix promises a BIG LEAP FORWARD in my spiritual awareness and self-sufficiency, self-confidence. Using scientology tech at all feels a bit like cheating, but TROM is not supposed to necessarily be a game, but rather a fun and reasonable "activity", as per DHS. As long as I am not cheating myself as a being by attempting to sidestep the overall importance of the TO KNOW matrix, and becoming proficient at using it as a knowledge tool to deconstruct my mind.
