Yes, in the last session I did exteriorize temporarily out of this universe,
and then came back in which felt very stifling even though I was looking up
at the clouds and the sky and taking in relatively large space here.

You validate my own weird awareness that they are both just "scenes". Felt
like I should keep that data to myself :-)

RE: Holding onto this universe, the basic for myself always seems to boil
down to some aesthetic hangups/compulsions. For example in the last session
I wrote up and submitted to the list for comments/suggestions (i.e., am I
doing this right?) the basic "holder" was an aesthetic compulsion for waves
and curves. Once I let go of that compulsion it was a cinch to let go --
albeit temporarily perhaps -- of the solar system. Lines of elliptics and
curves and swirls.

BOTTOM LINE, space travels and adventures aside, DID I CLEAR OUT A GAMES
COMPULSION!! Yes, and I noticed it almost immediately in how I perceive my
environment. Specifically, I noticed and could appreciate for the first
time a very straight and angular overpass that I frequently pass under while
in the car. It was OKAY now :-) The result of removing a stuck importance.

Any release of any compulsion is permanent, unless I choose to bring it
back.

This is why I Timebreak.
