As was stated, the actual practical processes, when done per Dennis' instructions, are workable as a type of repair of havingness, creative visualization, and OT drills balanced nicely with the negative processing of Timebreaking. It is pushing me to become an expert re my own case and my mind. It is the most far reaching clearing tech I am currently aware of.
